  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    We want you to be thrilled with your order. But if for any reason you’re not, we hope you’ll let us know why. 

    We will accept the merchandise back within 14 days from date of order for a full refund.

    For exchanges - please contact us within 7 days of receipt of shipment and send back items within 7 days of delivery or 21 days of order date (whichever is longer).

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate/Personal items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    You can return unused, unopened items in their original condition and original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The refund will be for the purchase price of the returned items. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

    Exceptions may apply and the owner retains descretion on these.

    All of our products are shipped via Canada Post.

    Orders are shipped to the address provided to us at checkout. We do not take responsibility for delays experienced by the service provider, or for replacement or refund of lost orders submitted to us with incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

    If your order comes back to us marked "Return to Sender - Attempted Not Known" by service provider, we will contact you for an alternate or corrected address. We will re-ship returned orders of shipping charges under $15.00, one time, free of new shipping charges. If the order is returned to us a second time, renewed shipping charges will apply.
