What is your return/refund policy?
I gladly accept returns
A written request via email to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery and dispatch of items back within 14 days of delivery.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale
Refunds will be made within 48 hours of receipt of the return to the seller. Full refund less shipping and tranaction fees (2-3%) will be made to the original form of payment made or can be used as store credit.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
