Which providers do you use for Shipping?

In Canada - we use Canada Post. All orders are by default Standard Shipping which is Lettermail and does not include tracking. You can upgrade at checkout to Tracked mail. 

 All US shipments are tracked and shipped with USPS>
For other international shipments - the majority of destinations are covered with Ascendia however this is not guaranteed and will depend on your exact location. Feel free to check this with us.

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. Payments are all taken through our secure payment merchant system. Should you wish to pay by etransfer - please contact us and we can arrange this. 

What is your lost parcel policy?

Lost and unreturned parcels are rare. Delays may occur during COVID and postal agencies are unable to guarantee any delivery times.
 

All US orders include tracking.
Canada standard and free shipping options DO NOT include tracking.
Shipping upgrades are available using the drop down menu at checkout.

For TRACKED shipping - If after 21 business days there is no update to your parcel whereabouts - we deem the package as lost and I will offer a full refund or replacement.

For replacements - Shipping is to be paid by the buyer.


For STANDARD SHIPPING with no tracking - I am unable to offer a refund for lost parcels. I can offer a replacement at 25% off the original price with the requirement of tracked shipping upgrade at the buyers expense.
